For landlords who would like to deal with the day-to-day management of their tenancy, Isaac Estates offer a tenant find only service. We understand the importance of finding the right tenant for your property, our experienced team will arrange for full referencing to be carried out on each tenant to ensure they are the right fit for you.

Within our tenant find only service, we provide the following;

• Free market appraisal of the property ensuring the property complies with current regulations
• Market your property on Rightmove , Zoopla and our own website
• Accompany all viewings and provide landlords with feedback within 48 hours of the viewing
• Full external, professional references on each applicant over the age of 18.
• Draw up the tenancy agreement, (and any other relevant documentation)  arrange to sign these with the tenant on behalf of the landlord
• Protect the tenant’s deposit
• Arrange for a professional inventory report to be carried out
• Meet with the tenant to handover keys.
